        Where could we start with this guy? He charged my mother over $23,000 for a small construction job over 7 years back. The value of the job at current estimates was less than 12-14K He does not have a conscience. As part of the work, he constructed a small deck using the lowest quality pressure treated wood. The deck stairs have been falling part for a few years now as the treads don't even meet minimum structural standards. He knows his stuff. He knows how to fool using savvy conversation and comes across as really "friendly" until you realize you are being screwed over. If only it was possible to give negative stars......
