Right from my first contact Socal has been very professional and organized. Courtney was very personable and attentive. Seb and Joe came out to do some remodeling in my bathroom. Sebastien was provided me with suggestions and was quick to provide me with an estimate. Throughout the job Seb made sure I was kept up to date on the progress and informed me of any issues that arose. They tidied up the area before leaving each day, and finished the job on time. I went to their office as I was meeting with another business in the same building. I met the owner of soral in the hallway and he started to interrogate me. I asked him if he was security as his approach was hyper aggressive. He wouldn't answer and started to swear at me. After I saw him go to his place of work I reminded him this was a shared office space and that I could have been a customer of his and he should govern himself accordingly. Fortunately I have a long standing relationship with the company I was going to visit. I really surprised he would take this approach as it's unprofessional to swear of patrons of a building regardless of whether they are your customer or another business.
