We were going to Cuba and our plane had no one to help out and they only told us 3 hours later and now we went to the desk and there was no one to help any of us.

Dont use this airport if your flight is passed 6:00 pm ,every store within this airport airside or land side closed at 6:00 pm , worst duty free ever where on earth a capital city airport duty free opens at 9:00 am and close at 6:00 pm ? Whats the thing behind all that ? Why this airport as a capital city airport doesn't operate like other airports why politics are against international flights to land in here why i need to travel to Montreal or Toronto to catch my flight if its not air canada , i know that no one will answer this as no one cares , all authorities actions are telling you dont use us go to another city to fly we are happy to have a couple of flights a day and keep our capital city airport clean and lightly used . What a shame honestly can't describe my disappointment
