        I would give the CRA customer service agents I've spoken to on the phone 5 stars because they've always been great. Unfortunately I have give the CRA website -1000 stars for an overall score of -995. As it isn't possible to give negative stars I'll have to settle for 1.

        I called twice in one day: first time, waiting for 30mins, then told I was not the owner ; second time, waiting for 50mins, then one agency answered the phone, asking the security questions, asked for more then 10mins , so compliacted questions, then told me 8pm already, he had to hang up the phone... I just asked them to resend one letter to me, but they gave me so hard time... CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you!CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you!
