        I called twice in one day: first time, waiting for 30mins, then told I was not the owner ; second time, waiting for 50mins, then one agency answered the phone, asking the security questions, asked for more then 10mins , so compliacted questions, then told me 8pm already, he had to hang up the phone... I just asked them to resend one letter to me, but they gave me so hard time... CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you!CRA, shame on you! CRA, shame on you!

        I still cant access my CRA account to formally complain, so here we are. any day I have to try and use my CRA account is a bad day. I would review them worse if it were possible. Do better.
