Awesome place to be a kid again, as its filled to the brim with awesome like minded people. No other gym like it in ottawa. From slack lines to sponges and all kinds of cool knick-naks, theres something for everyone here no matter your fitness, strength, or skill level. The drop in/open gym time are quite long and inexpensive ($20).

I absolutely love Kazam! All of the instructors are very friendly and the classes are so much fun! Here, I learn new skills, made new friends, and found a form of a fitness that was challenging but very fun to keep up with! Definitely check them out!

I found Kazam gymnastics post-pandemic and it was a great way to find community again. It is an excellent facility that offers everything one could want in a gym: a great space and supportive and knowledgeable staff and coaches. Coach Alex MacInnis knows how to motivate anyone who attends his classes. He creates diverse and inventive programming that is adaptable to every skill level and age. Strength, conditioning and mobility classes are fantastic and they evolve as the program progresses in order to help people achieve new goals and objectives. As a former gymnast, I also enjoyed the tumbling and handstand classes which focused on proper technique. I consistently received helpful corrections and useful drills that helped me improve and get stronger. Every few months, Kazam also offers a benchmarking day, which is a great way to measure individual progress and encourage each other. Thanks Dani, Alex and other coaches and staff for everything you do. I recommend Kazam gymnastics to everyone.
