Update: seller did recently send me a check. Which bounced. Old review: Seller of counterfeit products. Ordered a headphone from them. Shipped from hk and arrived obviously fake. Do not buy. Since the seller has threatened to sue, I will keep this review and wait for his legal case. I have the order number as well as the fake item. I'd love to bring it to court so I can get my money back. It's too bad I can't reply to the seller. I'm glad he's reaching out over Google because he has not responded to neither my web complaints nor BBB complaint.

I ordered and paid for some outdoor lights from this company on 23 November 2022. The items were due to ship from Germany so I was led to believe. On 15 Dec 2022 after not hearing anything I emailed and called to cancel the order. The call went to voicemail and was never responded to. The following day I was told via email that the items had shipped and was provided with a shipping reference. When I checked the reference that day and the following day I discovered that it did not exist. On 17 Dec 20200 when I enquired where my items were I received an email saying the items had been returned to the company for and unknown reason. I was told that I would get a refund via E-transfer, which seemed a bit odd as I have paid via credit card. None the less I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. For the following month I emailed constantly asking where my E-transfer was but never received a reply or the money. Thankfully as I had purchased via credit card at the end of Feb 2023 I received a refund from the credit card company following my complaint. That is my experience. Sad I had to give 1 star in order to write this review. Of course this company will blame someone else and they will tell you I got a refund, so what. There is a pattern of behaviour when they are challenged. See previous reviews. Bottom line is I never received the goods which in my opinion may never have been sent and yes, I got my money back, but not from the company , but from the credit card company who forced them to refund. I am grateful to the good coverage of my credit card, and different card companies have rules about how long of a time you have to make a claim. Having been dragged out by false promises I nearly missed that deadline and that would have been that. Its up to you if you purchase from this company however I hope you strongly consider my experience.

I placed an order on 2/3/2023 and received a fake tra king and never got anything at all. I've called and gotten no response either. I'm going to be alerting credit card company for and retracting my payment unless I hear back this week.

I ordered bose qc 35 ii silver here and didn't know they have fake item issue. Once I know there was an issue and tried to cancel the item, (they haven't shipped my product yet) no one answer the phone, no one answer the email, I found the CEO's facebook account and trying to call him thousand times, no answer. He replied me through facebook message ONCE, and told me to contact their customer service team but NO ONE ANSWER MY REQUEST. I NEED REFUND RIGHT NOW OR I WILL REPORT THIS AS A FRAUD TO CYBER POLICE. CONTACT ME ASAP.

Do NOT buy from this company. They will not send you a product, regardless of what you have purchased. You cannot get your money back nor contact them. Stay away! Well - these reviews are the only way they respond. Their phone numbers and emails do not work. Please report me to Google, I have done nothing wrong
