I purchased a NM Gardevoir ex Full Art, and the card received has staining all over the card. First and last time purchasing from here. Sticking with other stores in the city that won't sell cards with such defects as if they are NM. When contacted, they decided to defend this as NM, despite the surface being marked with stains. Definitely never giving this place anymore business. Based on other reviews, it's obvious this store is run by unprofessional amateurs who don't care about keeping customers around.

Pros: Excellent paint stock; one of the best in Canada. Great model kit stock. Great website. Shipping is prompt and at a great price within Ottawa or Ontario. Tool selection is decent. Con: Prices are a bit above average. No comment on their figure or tabletop selection other than a cursory glance seems favorable. Edit: I had an email go unanswered for two weeks until I made this review, which used to be 4 stars, then it got replied to within minutes. Accidents happen, I'm willing to take the polite apology email I got at face value and assume it isn't a pattern. I've bumped the rating up, but I'm going to leave this edit in my review to be transparent. If you need to contact them, it was suggested in the email to use their website chat box.
