I am only at my second appointment, but this has been the best thing I could do for me. In only 2 months, I have gotten rid of hot flashes and managing my premenopause in a healthy, natural way. I was very hesitant at first, I was certain I was going to be required to make a huge x on pharmaceuticals and believe that clinics are evil. What a myth that was! Naturopathic consultation is another tool in our box of options. I am SO glad I pushed the appointment button. I now understand what my hormones are doing to my body and I can take control, naturally. I didnt know my body was so in pain until I remove so much of this noise happening inside. Dr. Alton is awesome at her work, she knows how to explain what I need and has adapted to my knowledge level of food, nutrients, macros and supplements intelligence. I am hopeful for the next steps as this is a journey, a lifestyle. I am grateful that I am doing this for me. Self care is also managing raging premenopausal symptoms!

I have serious health problems from head to toe: metabolic syndrome, digestive issue, a cluster of several medical conditions. The conventional and naturopathic doctors I have seen find my case rather too complicated and have left me to my sad fate. From my first visit with Dr. Kaylee Alton, I felt confident. Before each visit, she makes me fill out a questionnaire to fully understand my situation in the present moment in order to make the right decision for me and go further in my treatment. All my prescriptions are based on the results of laboratory tests. She always encourages me in my search for a family doctor in a way to collaborate with him or her to overcome my problems. She is very dynamic, willing to share and grab any tinny information from other doctor I have seen that could help her in providing me proper care. Dr. Alton gives me a lot of time to express myself and follows my progress closely. She takes care of me completely, even my diet. Thanks to her, I start to feel better and I never regret meeting her, all the staff of the Make Care Health Clinic is at my disposition. Finding a real Naturopathic doctor like Dr. Kaylee Alton is very hard.
