Excellent customer service! This is a very nice hotel located within walking distance of Parliament Hill and Byward Market. Rooms are clean and modern. The staff are friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kunwar, the Guest Services Manager. We had an issue with our room but Kunwar took care of it. Kudos for handling the situation well!

Do NOT come here with friends. The showers are completely transparent to the room, you will have no privacy. Apparently it was designed this way and there is nothing they can do. Get ready to pay a ton of money for the most uncomfortable trip of your life. 2* because it otherwise seems decent? There are other weird design choices but it's nice.
