I know somebody who works here and you should never trust this place. The employees are told to hide dirty spots and don't actually always give clean bedding. You must checkout the cocktail bar. Good cocktails, stunning view and just a great spot to relax or grab a drink with friends and family.

Well located (but lots of homeless people in the morning or late night in the area, so always be careful!), quiet room with a modern interior design, and complementary snacks. These were what I liked about the hotel. Room with a view gets you higher floor but with a construction view. I experienced two ends of spectrum in terms of service quality during my stay. When everything goes well, they are chill and kind. When things go wrong, there is no sense of accommodation, flexibility or urgency. I would NOT recommend this place for any business-related travel.

2023-05 Still a fave hotel choice! 2022-05 Still a great place to stay while in Ottawa. TVs are now equipped with Chromecast, in order to cast from popular services (e.g. Netflix). Note that while room.service is not yet available, the on-site restos are available, as well as many restaurants within walking distance. ***** My first choice when I come to Ottawa. Great, friendly and attentive service. A glass of wine upon check-in, beautifully styled rooms with conveniences such as motion detection lighting in the entryway closet. A gym with a view and a terrace that I have yet to frequent but have heard great things about! Highly recommended!
