We worked with WoM to design and furnish our new home. They made a point to understand our needs and how we intended to use the rooms and spaces in our home. They took our inspiration and elevated our home to something better than we could have dreamed of! Our home feels warm, calm, purposeful and it feels like us. The team was professional, friendly and very thoughtful. The process was fun and easy for us and it all came together beautifully. Communication on status of our project was great throughout and the white glove delivery service was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend WoM for interior design services and I would love to work with them again when I have another opportunity. We used WOM to furnish and style our cottage. As it is located a few hours away from our main residence, it was very important for us to work with professionals who not only had beautiful aesthetic, but who we could trust to make the whole process as seamless as possible. From beginning to end, it was a pleasure working with Josee and Anna. They listened to what we wanted and envisioned for the cottage, and put together a design concept that blew us away. They were receptive to feedback and timely with their responses. The end product was amazing and so much better than we could have ever imagined. In spite of the delays caused by COVID, they made great effort to communicate issues and took the extra mile to ensure we were happy with our furniture pieces. For example, we had a problem with the finish on one of the dining tables - they were able to communicate with the manufacturer on our behalf, find a local furniture maker for repair, and coordinate shipping to/from the cottage. In the end, the problem was solved with little involvement on our part and we were extremely grateful for their commitment to a high quality end product. West of main was providing design consultations and I decided to try it out. I was hesitant about booking a consultation since my budget was quite limited. Sascha was incredibly knowledgeable and so friendly on our call. She was able to select pieces that she thought would look great in the space and if I liked them, also proposed other pieces that fit within my budget. The process was so easy and I loved the energy Sascha brought to the call.
