Working with Pamela is an absolute delight. I found Disegno quite by accident and I am so glad I did. Pamela was able to adapt an otter pendant design she already had to personalise it as a way to honour my mum. The final piece has earned me more compliments and questions as to where it came from than I can count. Pamela is fantastic - a true artist and expert - and Disegno will be my go-to.

Pamela's work is exquisite! Many of her creationsand I've bought quite a feware also flexible in how they can be used, which means you can buy different stones for the same basic earring, for instance. Her online shopping service is also first rate, and shepersonally checks in to make sure your package has arrived safely. Besides all that, she has an unerring sense of colour, knowing what gems will be the best match for an individual. And she is a walking encyclopedia on the gems themselves! Oh, and did I say very fairly priced? Just a wonderful person and place to shop.
