We made the switch as the competitor in our neighbourhood was overwhelmed and not up to the quality and responsiveness that we needed. They did our property as welll as my mother. The service with Peloso was consitent, markedly better; prompt, no mess left behind and our driver was super friendly. We were often done before other people on our street with the competition. I am extremely disappointed with the snow removal service provided by this company. They consistently failed to clean my driveway on time, or even at all, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. It was especially frustrating to see that all my neighbors' driveways were cleared before mine, even though they were with other companies. I had to constantly reach out to them to remind them to come and clear the snow, which defeats the purpose of having a service provider in the first place. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and timely snow removal services.

I was sitting in my car waiting for my meal at a fry truck, when the sand/salt truck decided to pelt my car. I beeped the horn for him to stop. He stopped and waited a few seconds then continued to back up and pelt my car. Very unprofessional. Called there office. Dan was no help, didn't care about his driver damaging my car. Was concerned about if it was sand or salt, and if he could get evidence for court. To bad I couldn't rate them less than 1 star.
