        2 weeks ago I purchased a bra and compression top from the Ottawa bra clinic and all I can say is wow! I wasnt able to stand for a long period of time (20 mins intervals)due to a heavy chest, with the two of them together I feel like a whole new woman! I can actually get through a whole 5 hour work shift and feel no pain in my lower back! Yes it may be expensive, but you can get a prescription from your doctor and if you have insurance it can help cover most the costs, and the products actually work out for me! Also she is an amazing woman and actually cares about her clients! 10/10 all the way!
