Richard was so friendly, welcoming, compassionate, knowledgeable, professional and so efficient. He rendered excellent service to me efficiently, in no time while being so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much Richard and Money Mart. I totally appreciate your service.

I called to check the exhange rate from EUR to CAD, and they said it currently is 1.48 and also gave me the total amount of what I was going to get for 1500 euros. I went there after 20 mins and the rate "suddenly" dropped from 1.48 to 1.37. Their reasoning was that it changed by the time I went there, and it doesn't take much logic to know that the rates don't drop .10 in 20 minutes. Also no apologies on their side either. Lying to people on the phone just to get them to come to your store no matter the distance is not acceptable.
