Title: A Warning: Stay AWAY FROM TSM INC. OTTAWA - A DISHONEST and EXPLOITATIVE SALES COMPANY Review: I feel compelled to share my experience with TSM Inc. Ottawa, a company that claims to offer sales positions but, in reality, operates through dishonest practices and takes advantage of unsuspecting individuals. The managers, Bocar Sissoko and Flix Coulombe, are nothing more than SCAMMERS who prey on young, hardworking students and innocent people in search of legitimate employment. From the outset, the interview process with Bocar, the owner of TSM Inc., seemed casual and nonchalant. It primarily consisted of behavioral questions and inquiries about previous job experiences. However, it was during the second interview that I discovered the true nature of the company. They had conveniently failed to mention until then that the position was solely commission-based. This lack of transparency regarding compensation is highly suspicious and a major red flag. Furthermore, Felix, the individual who conducted the second interview, attempted to convince me that everyone in the company earned the same amount per sale, a dubious claim at best. In reality, it became evident that TSM Inc. manipulates its employees into working tirelessly to make sales, often in unfamiliar neighborhoods. The company's relentless pressure to sell, even to disgruntled customers, is both unethical and disrespectful. Adding to the company's lack of professionalism, TSM Inc. operates out of a peculiar office space that resembles an apartment building. This unorthodox setup raises further doubts about their legitimacy and commitment to maintaining a reputable business operation. My experience with TSM Inc. Ottawa was an utter disappointment, wasting my time and that of many other hopeful applicants. They exploit unsuspecting individuals who are searching for employment opportunities, taking advantage of their hard work and dedication. In conclusion, I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of TSM Inc. Ottawa. They are not transparent regarding compensation, exhibit disrespectful behavior towards their employees, and offer an overall negative job experience. Bocar Sissoko, Flix Coulombe, and their assistant managers have shown themselves to be nothing more than a group of scammers. Protect yourself and beware of this job opportunity.
