        I've been a patient at this clinic for a few years now. The medical staff is fantastic but the administration has went downhill in the last year or so. They can blame it on Covid as much as they want but I don't buy it. I Never waited on hold for over 20 minutes to book an appointment during the actual Covid pandemic nor waited over 4 weeks to book an phone appointment with my physician for a refill on medication that I need yesterday. It's funny on how a well established clinic with multiple doctors on staff such as the bruyere medical Center cannot outperform the small AppleTree franchise that had no problem to update and refill my prescription in less than 24 hours.
