Dr. Phung is a good doctor. I can usually get an appointment with her within a week, in person or virtual. She responds sensitively to her patients feelings. Reception is kind and helpful. The nurses are also great.

Nurse practitioners here are the best. I've only had positive experiences with them. They're available, flexible, attentive, and make me feel safe and informed.

Completely disorganized. Came all the way back to Ottawa from Pembroke for a pre-scheduled appointment only to find out there was no record of any appointment. They sent me to another location. Total waste of time. No appointment there either! After I left they called me to verify if I was coming to my appointment!! This has happened three times this year, all because they lost confidential data!! But was told not to worry about it!! Totally irresponsible! Today I missed a call from my Dr. I tried calling back only to get a recording; "There are 27 callers ahead of you". Totally ludicrous!!

The worst clinic to get treated, especially if you have an ongoing issue that needs care.
