I can't recommend them more highly. I've been working on my recovery for over a year now with Richard. I have post concussion syndrome for over 3 years and had almost given up hope - the change has been transformative under Richard's care and guidance. He has gone out of his way to adapt, understand and craft solutions that are unique to me and they are working. It's a slow game this recovery business but I know we have a plan and whilst I waver from it because life is not straight I know he will be there to help me get back on task without judgement. He gave me back hope. what more can I say.

I have been a patient of Ottawa Osteopathy & Sports Therapy since 2017. Over the years I have seen a number of their Osteopaths for various issues, including virtual appointments during the 2020 lockdown. Their staff are knowledgable, kind, and very professional - they truly listen before each treatment. Pauline has been especially helpful in treating a chronic condition that I have. I wish all healthcare, and allied health practitioners provided this level of care.

My husband and I have been seeing Osteopath, Richard Gregory, at OOST for several years for various ailments and injuries. He has helped us immensely, time and time again. What is wonderful about Richard is that he is passionate about this work and about helping people! He is empathic and caring and treats the cause of the issue, instead of treating only the symptoms! He is extremely knowledgeable and thus, is able to "connect the dots" to pinpoint the cause of the pain or immobility. He takes the time to explain what is happening in detail and often will show us illustrations from his many books. Information is power. The information that he provides allows one to work with him to effectively resolve the issue and to prevent future problems. We are so grateful for his help. The clinic staff are friendly and professional; the clinic is clean and well organized.

I was in need of a physiotherapist and my Doctor recommended these folks. First session Kathy diagnosed my issue, gave me appropriate hands on treatment and a list of exercises to complete. The exercises are online and you can track the difficulty and progress using the online tools provided. Five sessions later my injury/pain has been corrected and I have a list of exercises to keep me on a good path. Thanks Kathy for your excellent treatment.

I worked as a first responder for 32 years and have suffered multiple injuries over the years. I have been treated by both Richard Gregory and Kathy Naghavi for a number of years. They both have extensive experience and a deep understanding of how the body functions. They analyze, document, explain, and treat what causes me pain. They always prescribe specific exercises to treat my conditions. After my treatment I receive an email containing the specific exercises that were prescribed during my session. While away on vacation I had such excruciating neck pain from a herniated disk that I had a video consultationwith Richard. We followed the same sequence as if I was in the office and it resulted in immediate pain relief. I highly recommend the Ottawa Osteopathy & Sports Therapy.
