Flex Property Management

Note: a friend, myself, and a local friend had experience with this company, so you might see their comments too (apparently we initially commented on the wrong company so now we corrected this and posted here). Their Air Bnbs are filthy. Dirty. They do not care about customers. Genevieve and her disgusting team are deep in the pockets with AirBnb. There was mold growing in the shower (not cleaned); hair and dirt all over the living room and bedroom floors (not vacuumed nor mopped); and signs of negligence (wobbly furniture, dirty kitchen, and they do not prepare it for future guests). They charged us a $120+ cleaning fee for what? Also, you cannot complain to them, because they won't listen and will argue that you had to complain while you were still staying there. Genevieve and her "team of girl power boss babes" (stated on their AirBnb biography) are running a fraudulent business where they do not care about most of their units, especially the "lower end" ones. Flex Property Developments, also known as "Short and Suite" on Air Bnb did not clean the unit beforehand, and are unethical in their practices. By omitting information such as specific features of a rental unit, such as whether or not the laundry is communal, and when guests arrive to find a dirty communal room, you are to blame for misleading them. They also lied on the ad about the air conditioning, so my friends had to suffer without any. When customers have serious complaints, you should take them seriously instead of playing games and hiding behind undefined rules. Flex Property Developments' "Short and Suite" also provide the cheapest possible furniture (broken or in a state of breaking, such as a sunken ripped mattress and horrific bed frame). All amenities were dirty. Do not believe the photos they post, as these hide the details of dust and cobwebs. I saw it with my own eyes and am posting as a good citizen and friend would do when looking out for others who visit my community in Ottawa.

These people are horrendous, they should all be locked up they are running the biggest real estate scam I've come across. The pain it gives me that people will have to go through what I went through gives me chills, take your money and flush it down the toilet there it will serve a greater purpose ,if your reading this run while there is still time these people will make you want to take your life to say the least Thier service can be compared to one spending hundreds of dollars on a boat that can not float, please for all that is good in this world don't associate with this people.
