        I couldn't be more pleased - friendly, fast and knowledgeable service. I needed the screen repaired and battery replaced on my iPod Touch. Apple doesn't make iPod Touch any more. No problem, the repairs were done within 48 hours! I will not hesitate to recommend Hotspot to any friend in need of repairs. Five stars!

        Customer service at the Hotspot is excellent because.... They listen!! Belal at Hotspot took the time to listen and ask questions- he is very resourceful and inventive. If it's fixable, he can do it. I highly recommend this shop.
