Methodical, Thoughtful, Considerate and Responsible Professional I believe it is worth mentioning Vanessa took ample time to understand and remove disambiguation regarding my mortgage. I was dealing with TD Trust where a (TD mobile mortgage manager) was leading me blind folded to the edge of cliff. Hiding my rates, my mortgage term, among other thing hidden information. Seven days before closing TD mobile mortgage specialist did not give me information I requested for two months. I was forced to reach out to friends for help, when I was introduced to Vanessa she highlighted (which felt like she unveiled Banks deceptions). I was pleasantly surprised by her enabling me with correct information in order to confront TD mobile mortgage managers unbelievable adamancy not to give the my mortgage information early. Although, it was surprising last moments, I had no choice the deadline was 5 days had to go with TD but the cost I paid was premium and high rates. I recommend Vanessa to be every home buyers Go-to Person specially first-time home buyers.
