Omg dont hesitate for one second and contact Erica and Lindsay. Our credit isnt the best and have other obstacles to deal with. I tend to get overwhelmed and shut down. Well that wasnt the case with this lovely team. The constant help and full assistance when needed was simply amazing. I cant praise them both enough for helping us to get a mortgage that we can afford and basically helping us to move forward with our finances. On a scale of 10 Id give them 11 for sure.

Erica and her team were absolutely great. We really enjoy working and interreact with them, they make the process very easy to follow and understand. For sure we will work with Erica and Lindsey in the future.

My partner and I had an incredible experience working with Erica and Lindsey on the purchase of our new home. As this was my first time buying a house, I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. I explained this to Erica and she immediately put me at ease. She took her time explaining the process and was always available to answer any questions we had. My partner and I were consistently impressed with how responsive she was to emails. We highly recommend her services and will definitely be working with her again in the future!
