Allie was great to work with! She was a wonderful advocate for her clients and was very patient and helpful when reviewing documents. We were referred to Allison for a mortgage and I am so glad we were! She walked us through pre-approval to know what kind of house we could bid on. Then helped us gather all the necessary paperwork, walked us through the contract for the mortgage and bridge financing. Every step of the way she was ready to answer our questions, run the numbers on our scenarios. She made is easy and stress-free to get a mortgage. And got us a great rate!
