I was working with Marc to secure a good rate. He made me sign a commitment saying we could shop for a better rate and adjust the details (amortization period) later, however, near the closing he was not reachable. My emails for nearly a one month went unanswered. Fortunately, I was able to go with another option last minute. Extremely unprofessional - He hasnt reached out to me to this date. Id understand if he had any personal issues or unavailability as this was around December (I still dont know the reason) but clearly this is not a one-man business. They should have followed up if he wasnt available. Also, they charged me CAD 728.85 on property appraisal to ensure I wouldnt have to extra money out of pocket since I had a late closing in a declining market. In hindsight, I feel like that was a scam too. I had to pay extra on legal fees due to last minute changes and charged for another appraisal with my new lender. We had plenty of time (close to 3 months) since signing to closing. Extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism.

We had the pleasure of working with Eric who was attentive to our needs throughout the process. Not only did we get a competitive rate but he went the extra mile to ensure we had flexible options that we had not considered. He kept a solid flow of communication all the way through closing. There is so much to thank, Eric and his team for. He made us feel comfortable and really took his time answering all my questions. He walked this journey with us. His genuine humour and vast knowledge gave me the reassurance I needed. He made sure I knew and understood all the paperwork we had to deal with and made our transitions painless.

Really great experience! Eric helped my husband and I, it was our first time buying a mortgage. Eric was extremely patient and friendly, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our dumb questions. He was able to teach us along the way and got us the best rate! On top of that my husband and I don't have matching work schedules and Eric was super flexible with his schedule to assist us. Very hard to find an experience like Eric gave us, he even followed up with us after the fact!
