Katrina was very knowledgeable, responsive and above all else, very understanding of the whole mortgage process. As a first time home buyer, it can be quite stressful to navigate through lenders and their requirements, but Katrina had taken ownership from the onset and connected us with a lender that was able to provide us with a mortgage. I have used Katrina for 4 properties now. She is extremely knowledgeable about a variety of mortgage products on the market and Kees up to date with the changes. Katrina is the best broker I've had the pleasure to work with! My case was very complicated and most banks and lenders did not want to grant me a mortgage. I was with another broker before I went to Katrina and the guy gave up on me. Katrina took my case without hesitation and worked really hard on it. She not only managed to find me a lender, but she also got me the best rates! I can say without hesitation that if it weren't for her, I wouldn't be the owner of a condo today. Thank you, Katrina!
