not very helpful. hard to get a hold of. didn't really explain anything to us at all re: bridge financing, penalties, options for splitting mortgages, etc. after sending over all the documents they asked for, i found a much, much lower rate elsewhere. i even found two banks who would give us cash-back to cover the penalty, which this office told us was impossible.

My wife and I just renewed our mortgage with Steve from Mortgagesmadeeasy.com and it was a fantastic experience. We've always just renewed with "our bank" in the past but wish we'd been working with Steve from the beginning. Not only did he find us a great rate but he kept us updated throughout the process (including two rate drops before we signed) and made everything extremely easy to understand.
