If my room was an example of the rest of the rooms in the motel then management needs to see that the rooms require a complete cleaning overhaul. Baseboards were filthy with spotted black marks. The bathroom was even worse. The bath mat was covered in dirty black spots, probably mildewed. Lamps and clock weren't checked to see if they were in working order, Thick dust on the ledges of the chairs, All that I can say is that the sheets were clean and it was in a great location. A little bit of elbow grease would do wonders. My suggestion is to get a new cleaning staff.

Booked 2 rooms a month in advance, was told to confirm 3 day before the trip, never heard of that before, was not asked for a credit card number, confirmed that we would be going 3 days prior. On the day of the trip from Toronto I got a call from the gentlemen I originally talked to and was told that there was only 1 room available and by the way it is a long weekend the price just went up. Stay away from this dump of a motel.
