Unfortunately while I would like to say I used their services and was given excellent service, I received anything but. I reserved services through uhaul on the 22nd of July and was told that a representative from the moving company would be contacting me within 24 hours to confirm the moving time and specs of our move which was schedule for August 15. By August 9th I had not yet heard anything. I tried sending an email through their website and was told it was unable to send. I called on Monday and explained I was looking for a confirmation of our morning move and said we would be looking to have movers arrive for 8. I was told to send a text with the date, address and time, which I did (again reiterating I was looking for an 8am moving time). I also asked for a confirmation of the price. I received a text on the Tuesday acknowledging my text, I took this as confirmation of my time as nothing was stated otherwise. Fast forward to today (a day before our move). I sent a text to confirm that we would be seeing the movers tomorrow for around 8. I proceeded to get a text saying that they never agreed to an 8am move and that their movers would be arriving between 10 to 11. When I stated that I had mentioned the 8am moving time both verbally and via text, they insisted they never agreed to an 8am time. Unfortunately because they never stated that there was an issue with a morning move, I had gone ahead and confirmed with the movers we had hired at our new place for an unloading time which would not be feasible with the proposed 10 to 11 arrival time. When I said that I would be cancelling and requesting a refund my response was, "Thanks for cancelling you were going to be a headache". When I responded saying that it wasn't my fault no one told me that an 8 am start time wasn't feasible on their end, I received " Trust me you were going to be a BIG headache I know. Take care as well." 100% would not recommend their services based on my interaction with them and the unprofessional responses I received.

Yasser and his crew were on time and got the job done on a budget. The price quoted was the price charged even though the move took a bit longer than expected. These guys worked hard and didn't stop until the job was done. They didn't even charge for "travel time" which is something that most companies try to charge you for. These guys have a heart of gold even if they may come across as a bit direct. Keep in mind that you are not paying to have your hand held, you are paying to have your stuff moved. If you are looking for a Cadillac moving company with white glove service, this is not it. But if you are looking for a reliable, affordable move, look no further. This Company is one Yemenis guy that lies through his teeth. The poor worker he brought with him that day, was being verbally abused constantly. He gave me a quote for 2 hours at $98/hour with no travel time ("their monthly special sale"). After the job was done, he charged me 3 hours, saying 2 hours is minimum, and 1/2 hour travel time. He denied everything he told me before getting the job. I was too tired to argue with him. A job that was quoted to me $200, and took less than 2 hours, ended up costing me $350. You be the judge.
