Manager and assistant manager were very rude with workers and customer. Heard assistant manager yelling at a customer because he didnt wanted to refund her which was charge my mistake and telling her to call the head office for that reason. Poor management.

Management team sucks. Regular customer who comes almost everyday is LGBTQ+ community member. when assistant manager knew he ran from him and never wanted to take him on cash as if he will eat him up. They still need a lot of education on how to treat everyone equally. They are very racist. When customer comes and ask them to price less management team wouldnt but someone they like they will give them ($300 items to $40 ). All the prices are really high for the free stuff. When they get new items they are supposed to price them 3rd of the original price but they dont. They price everything almost the same price as retail. Good stuff doesnt make it through inside door to out.

A great way to give donation with your new and used items and you also pick up something you need and feel good about it by helping the community. I am doing this for so many years, I can not remember, but I love it for the cause and the staff are pleasant, hard working and always helpful, no matter which stores, I went. Sometimes, you pick up collectables, antiques, rare items and surprise someone with it.
