I got a note from doctor Mckinnon saying she will see me this or next week followed by a call from the office confirming Friday 9:15. When we got there, the office was closed, someone was very angrily yelling behind the door and very rude and angry receptionist opened the office at 9:40 instead of 9:00. She said we are booked for Friday October 21 which is not what was booked via call and also not what my hospital discharge paper says. She recused to give us any contact for the doctor or to even double check with her as my papers from Dr.McKinnonclearly states I need to be seen asap. I tried calling after but the office phone goes to a voice mail again even tho they should be open and have serious doubts Dr. Mckinnon will ever hear about this unprofessional behaviour. The receptionist was rude, obviously dealing with her personal issues, and refused to do anything to help us to at least double check. I've lost 20- 30% of my blood volume on Monday and can't wait another month and a half again - clearly stated in the doctor note. If you don't like people- do not work in a doctor's office.

We had an incredibly positive experience with Dr. McKinnon and Andrea (and staff!). They were comforting, patient, and knowledgeable during each and every appointment. We were so lucky to have them both working during our emergency c-section and hospital stay. Thank you ladies!
