Since the pandemic, the front office staff has changed. They are rude and making new appointments has become nearly impossible. I unfortunately will not be returning.

Service, personnel, attention to detail and professionalism - full stars all the way around. They are knowledgeable, good humoured, patient and thorough. The only loss of a star is entirely due to the facilities - it's an older building with a slow elevator that sometimes is out of service. For elderly, or mobile impaired, this can be an issue since there are only stairs. Since their renovations the situation has improved considerably. Dr. Feeley is a traditional eye doctor who can do the calculations by hand, and leaves nothing overlooked. Her depth of knowledge, traditional, medicinal, and otherwise, related to eyes, their biology, their usage, and your condition, is superlative. Ask her anything. She's an incredible fount of knowledge. Of late I have been under the care of her associate, Dr. Miccuci is a highly educated and very experienced eye doctor. She sees both my 6 year old, and myself, which speaks to her level of adaptability to the needs of two very different sets of eyes. She is patient (with both of us!) and her knowledge assuring and up to date. Pat is their front office staff administrative support and is a joy to talk to. She'll handle your check in and followup appointment, your details, and she'll do it efficiently with a smile. Tell her a joke - she's easy to get along with. :) I recommend the office and its staff of doctors, and administrative service, whole heartedly, without reservation of any sort.
