I have had 4 visits here after this Chiropodist was recommended by a competitor who was overbooked. I think that alone says a lot about the quality of service at this facility. Exceptional staff - friendly, professional, efficient. They also take kind care of the many seniors that I see coming in for appointments. My treatments were fully explained, handled well, and all my questions were answered. Most importantly, I have seen a good result after more than 20 years of experiencing a particular foot problem. Highly recommended.

I have been coming here for about 4 years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and special order items are always fast to come I.

This is the worst place with worst customer services. They didn't care to inform me if my insole was ready. When I followed up, they had my information completely incorrect in their records (not matching with the form I filled out). They do not have realization that they are there to treat people's problem; not to be rude with them.

A very revolting experience dealing with this particular clinic. Never even got to see the doctor, but had to endure the obnoxious service from their self entitled, and condescending receptionist Harrison Brock. Due to some extenuating circumstances at work, I had to cancel my appointment twice. Both times I cancelled 4 days in advance. When I called back to reschedule , the receptionist literally lectured me on how I was a bad customer and hung up on me. Two days later I received a letter saying my account is closed, and I should seek help elsewhere. I never raised my voice or was rude in any way to literally get "booted out" in this manner. That is from people who are supposed to "care". Judging from the fact that they are booked weeks/months ahead I do not see how me cancelling my appointments 4 days in advance can be detrimental to their business. When asked for the same day/week appointment, I was told that they are getting dozens of requests for the same day service and can't accommodate everyone obviously. I am not sure if clinic managers were aware of this, or the receptionist took it upon himself to do this, but I am definitely lodging complaints with all the appropriate institutions. Intolerable medical receptionists are not a rarity these days, and unfortunately clinic owners let it slide due to the staff and clinic shortages in Ottawa. Burns Gray seems to be no exception. Shame.
