I have had David work on 3 files for me. The first file, worked well and I was very satisfied. In the past six months he has worked on 2 other files and has been very sloppy. I'm not sure what has happened, but I cannot recommend him.

My experience with David was over 4 plus month time frame. In this time he immediately took a retainer and was provided the details to file a claim after numerous emails and phone calls to get an update four and half months later I discovered that he had done little to no work on the case in addition when questioned about the lack of work he called to saying come pick up your file and your money. Expecting to receive a full refund I was shocked to find out that most of the money from the account had been used when questioned about this he chose not to reply. I've had to reach out to the law society of upper Canada to deal with this individual. I would strongly suggest that you use caution if you choose to use this individual and would suggest not to use him at all

I am very pleased with the services provided by David Lever and his staff. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and truly cared about the outcome of my case. I was unsure if a Paralegal was someone that I needed, as a consultation with other Paralegals in the area led me to believe that I did not have much of a case. Mr. Lever got the results I was praying for and I am very grateful for his experienced help. I would recommend their services to anyone as they are definitely a notch above the rest!
