2023 experience: We once again relied on Orkin to spray our property because the mosquitoes have been bad this year. Hughes is such a nice man. He does a very thorough job and he is so friendly. We will continue to use this service as they are reliable and the product works for at least 6 months to ward off pesky bugs! 2022 experience: We were seeing carpenter ants in the house at random times and in random rooms. We tried some store remedies and they would lose their effects in a couple of days. Then we came across a huge spider in the basement and that's when we decided to call a pest control service. Came across Orkin and I am so glad we did! They did an initial assessment over the phone and then sent their technician, Hughes, over (within a week) and he did a full assessment of the house (inside and out) and then sprayed the whole place. He was very thorough and even spotted the ant nest and took his time treating the area. We saw a significant difference in the amount of bugs. We have had no spiders since. The ant infestation was worse than we expected. We started seeing some four weeks after the first treatment and upon calling Orkin, they were very friendly and sent their tech out once again (no charge). We have cameras so were able to see the work being done and we just have to give a huge shout out of gratitude to Hughes. He does such a great job!!! So happy with this company!
