The last time my dog was groomed there, the cut was very uneven. I decided to go back regardless but let them know that I wasnt happy with the last cut, and that I wanted a different groomer. I very pleasant and just wanted to make an appointment with someone else. I called 3 times in total in the last two and a half weeks and was basically told that this is not unusual (not true, I have been promptly called back previously). I asked for a manager to please call me. No one called me back. I am appalled at this treatment of me as a regular customer. They have now lost my business.

We get our dogs nails cut here regularly. They're quick and it is less than $20. Lots of good pet gear and great dog foods.
