Dropped off a prescription after getting a tooth pulled and tried to tell the pharmacist I would come back that night. She insisted it would be ready in 20 minutes or less and that I would receive a text message when it was ready. I said ok. 40 minutes later I walked into the pharmacy and was told it would be another ten minutes. I asked if she was sure. She started yelling that I was disrespectful/entitled, ranting about 'you try doing my job' and so on.

I don't recommend this pharmacy for your prescription needs. Pharmacist is judgemental, rude, unhelpful and harsh. I suggest finding another pharmacy. Edit- reading through other reviews it seems I've had the same female pharmacist other people are complaining about.

I only go there for convenience only or if I'm seriously desperate to get something there. Overall, the staff are just detrimentally unfriendly and unhelpful. Hence why I rarely go there.

I tried to use this place in the summer since we moved and it was closer to home - but it was a such a fiasco (I ended up going somewhere else). I figured I would try it out one more time - same story. I made sure they had the medication before I dropped my Rx off - the person at the counter assured me they did and showed me the box before I went to do groceries. I come back to pick it up - they have now switched it to the substitute drug (without my consent) and all of a sudden my insurance has expired. I give them my benefits card AND sign into my account online showing that everything is still valid but I was still told my coverage expired. Needless to say, I took my prescription back and will be going to another pharmacy. Sorry.

I have been giving several chances to this pharmacy in vain! Always the worst service, very not friendly as if you are bothering them with questions, which is their job! Terrible service and unprofessional staff! What happened today: The prescription was faxed to them 1h before I arrived, they told me it is not ready I should wait fo 15 min. I left and came back after 40 min and they prepared the wrong form !!! It is only one drug! And the pharmacist told me sit sit and wait!!! Again! Impolitely!! This is the 4th time I have long wailt time and not friendly staff at this ph! Not to mention what that this same pharmacist recommended few months ago a cough sirop for 6yrs old kid while I was asking abt a recommendation for my 18 months old girl!!!
