Loblaw Pharmacy

Ive been using Loblaws pharmacy for over a decade and have been happy with the service. The pharmacists have been helpful and informative, even offering to get further info for me on my medications if needed. The only issue Ive ever had is it sometimes takes some time to receive medications that arent very common as they have to place an order for them, but usually I dont need them urgently so this isnt too big of an issue for me personally.

I had questions about my prescription and the pharmacist (it says managing pharmacist on the name tag but I didnt get the name) is very patient and knowledgeable, she gave me a lot of advice as well, thank you so much!

Used to be good when it was still Loblaw Pharmacy. Now its called Wadland Pharmacy and its the worst! Every time I visit, the pills are either not ready yet despite calling 8 hours ahead and them confirming it will be ready, or they dont process it under the right insurance. Now it takes about 30 minutes in average just to pick up a simple prescription fill-up. Kay is rude, doesnt admit her fault. When made realize, she doesnt even say sorry! $10.99 for for dispensing each medicine and for what? Disrespectful behaviour and careless billing?

Friendly and efficient staff. A lady pharmacist helped me one time and went out of her way to transfer my other prescriptions at Costco to Loblaws.
