I.D.A. - KidCare Pharmacy/Pharmacie Pédiatrique

Very nice and kind employees, girl named Jess (don't know if spells like this) helped me sort out medication requests for my daughter, she was one of the nicest people I ever dealt with, amazing service, thank you Jess :) The guy who works there, Kevin, amazing pharmacist, so kind and helpful, some people are born for what they do. Everyone at this pharmacy are nice and awsome costumer services people, want to thank them all. The best pharmacy in Ottawa :)

Most disgusting unprofessional staff. Told by Dr when discharged to go to pharmacy and pick up a pre filled over counter drug and go home. Go down and told will take over 45 min to reach over pick up a box and scan it. When told to call up to dr as we were told she shrugged at us and said it is what it is. This is a pharmacy in a childrens hospital you have no clue what that child or parent is going through. Compassion and caring is a must and if your not capable then dont be there.

Terrible pharmacy with terrible service. Call on Tuesday to give sufficient time for them to make-up order and EVERY SINGLE TIME, its never ready, they call 6x to ask questions regarding the exact same prescriptions every month and talk openly and loudly so, everyone else waiting (as theres always people waiting) for their prescriptions can hear, no privacy. They often dont have the medication on hand and dont inform you so when you go to pick it up, you dont have what you ordered days in advance so, you have to repeatedly keep going back and paying a dispensary fee each time. In addition then people coming into the pharmacy to just grab something quick get frustrated with you holding up the line when you called days ahead and should be able to do the same as the person youre now impeding. After 3 months of frustration, I switched back to my wonderful pharmacy. The move was due to convenience as I work on property but, theres no convenience offered. I rather drive the extra 10min for no aggravation. Go elsewhere.
