Edmond Hum Muscle Activation Techniques

I am suffering from extreme osteoarthritis in my left hip.I have had many other injuries over my lifetime. I was down to under 500 steps a day. Now I have been able to INCREASE MY STEPS TO OVER 1,000 STEPS, ALTHOUGH, I am still waiting for the hip replacement. I have created many compensations for the pain in my hip, but Ed is helping me overcome them.

Edmond has been my colleague and MAT practioner for the last six years, his conscientious and humble approach is second to none. Ed also painstakingly works to perfect his craft at a considerable cost to himself. There is no more authentic honest and effective practitioner that I know of in the Ottawa area. You are in good and safe hands with Ed!

I was very impressed by Ed, and I feel like I got great results while I was with him. He did an excellent job re-training me on how to use my core effectively. I saw definite improvement in what I was able to do thanks to what I learned.

Hi Ed! I just finished a Bikram class in Vancouver and it reminded me of how much I cherish your classes! You are the most consistent and knowledgeable Bikram teacher I have met and Ive been practicing for 12 years. My first class with you was at Rama Lotus. I distinctly remember the high intensity of your instruction and expectations of me as a practitioner, I would have been scared away, but your consistency allowed me to trust you and because of that I made more progress in your classes than any other Bikram experience Ive had. Ottawa is fortunate to have you. If I could, Id teleport there to do your classes regularly. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your devotion to the practice and yourself as a teacher and healer. I hope that one day Im able to cross your path again and learn more from you. If you ever do large scale workshops or a teachers training Id be inclined to travel there and attend. Namaste and may you live very long and continue to prosper!
