Bought Gorgar and was delivered on time. Slight problem and Rob showed up as promised and checked it out 100%. Great service by guys who have a passion for what they do. Second machine bought. Again total satisfaction. I wish all businesses had the same level of integrity as Mike and Rob.

Googled this place looking for parts and found a great place to buy parts and the bonus of finding an amazing arcade! Mike was super friendly and helpful and had most of the parts I needed on hand. I returned later for free play Wednesday and had a great time playing the excellent collection of titles which include 70s to 90s era titles. Really great place. Dont let the bar room next door intimidate you. Staff and patrons were super friendly. Anyone who cant have a good time here doesnt know what they are missing.

These are the go-to guys for pinball service! they did an outstanding job in repairing and updating my 1981 Williams Black Knight machine. Great advice; work performed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. A service issue required Robert to drive down from Montreal ( a 2-1/2 hr. drive) and the issue was dealt with promptly. I will definitely remain a Pinball Medic customer. Thanks again Rob and Mike
