You lose 2 stars because your delivery driver asked me for a tip on a prepaid, contactless order. When you raised the delivery charges, I stopped tipping your drivers.
You should probably just pay them a fair wage so they arent ASKING for a tip as though it is an expectation or a requirement. It makes me reconsider if I will return to your location/order from you again.

after the pizza was handed to my mother the delivery guy stood at the door and proceed to ask my mother for his tip and to which he proceeded demanded for it to be cash, my mother couldn't defender herself (English is her second language) so she just kept her mouth shut and complied because she didn't want any problems.
don't get me wrong, I do tip and I am quite generous when I do but I think its completely wrong to ask for tip even when earned. I think that your delivery men/women need to have their customer services skills re-evaluated.
the pizza was ordered around 9:30-10pm
