Fiazza Fresh Fired

Delicious, including the GF crust! Took a little longer than expected, but fresh and tasty, so worth the wait. Dietary restrictions: Good gluten-free crust, but probably not Celiac safe given the loose flour otherwise.

Pizza was good and delicious, although i found it toooo expensive for what you get.

First day of patio season weather, we went to get a couple of pizzas at Fiazza to eat at their patio table. Weve eaten there a few times quite a long time ago. Two of the 3 gals working there this evening seemed new, inexperienced. We placed our order and after at least 15 minutes I politely asked the cashier, who seemed to know what she was doing, when our order would be ready. She said, One minute, Ill check then she turned her back to me and proceeded to very slowly pack and slice several pizzas for around five minutes while I stood there feeling ignored. Eventually she pulled our pizzas out of the oven. We went outside to eat and chatted with other customers who had ordered one pizza before us and were still waiting because the order had been made wrong and was being remade. I mentioned to them that I found the cashier rude/standoffish. The customers agreed. Theyd seen her turn her back to me and ignore me. It seems this place needs a manager who can ensure that staff are polite, more service-oriented, properly trained, perhaps apologetic when running late with orders, and teach staff how to pick up the pace especially when customers seem dissatisfied. An UberEats delivery guy was waiting fir his order that was supposed to be ready. And our pizzas were over baked, (too long in oven, the other gal looking after putting them in the oven expressed uncertainty to the casher regarding how long to bake them) but we didnt send them back. Too bad we tipped when we placed our order. Tipping should be requested after customers get their orders and experience the service. I doubt we will come back.
