This review is done by the way I was treated even before I agreed to their contract. Through email I gave them a general idea of my need for planting a cedar hedge and I received a quote. I was extremely interested in having them complete the work but I politely asked if someone could come and view my backyard, to view where I wanted this hedge and ask questions. Having called and left multiple messages, finally the owner I presumed answered, he was offended that I wanted a representative to come. Be warned that he also provides free psychiatric evaluations, and stated that I had insecurity issues because I wanted someone physically to come so that I could sign the contract. He shared that he have no resources or time to meet their new prospective client, using only the internet to do business and then he refused to do business with me due to my supposably insecurities issues. WOW, never had such a horrible experience, I question their professionalism and client service.

My husband and I had hedges installed along a fence in our backyard. Simon answered all of our questions in a very informative and timely manner (email). He came to do an in-person estimate and then did an incredible job installing the hedges and irrigation system. He gave us instructions for care and said he will drop by from time-to-time to check on the hedges. Everything looks great and we are beyond impressed with Simon's work and professionalism. Highly recommend!!

Great work! My hedges are very long and one is over ten feet tall, another is one a very steep hill, and one is the obvious showcase between my neighbor and myself. The man who came by (I didn't get his name) spent extra attention on the showcase hedge without being prompted. I really appreciate the work done.
