GK Plumbing & Heating Inc.

Like many people in this situation where a water tank starts leaking, the urgency of repair is paramount. Not knowing many plumbing companies in Ottawa, I did what many do and read internet reviews and consulted the Better Business Bureau. My research did not disappoint me. The staff and owner of GK plumbing were exactly what the reviews indicated: prompt, professional, courteous, conscientious and flexible. This company is keen on delivering good customer service and I give my highest recommendation. I contacted GK about replacing my main water supply valve. GK was was a joy to work with from beginning to end. They were quick to respond and schedule, much much much more affordable than the competition, and professional throughout (worked with the city on our behalf, honoured the quote, etc.). Mike who did the work definitely knew what he was doing and made it look effortless. He arrived on time, was quick, and was always happy to answer any questions I had. A true professional through and through. I will definitely be calling GK for any future plumbing needs.

In December GK Plumbing installed a new full bathroom in our basement. It is fantastic! It took them only 5 days from breaking the concrete, putting in the new pipes and installing the new fixtures. The crew was always on time, informed us what they were doing and cleaned up the work area when they left. I have had plumbers do work before and no one can match these guys. Thank you GK!
