Aqua Drain was contracted to hydravac a hole to change over our city water shutoff valve. Josh and the team were first to arrive early. He was very professional, personable and began to explain what they were about to do on the site and what other services Aqua Drain performs. During the "dig" they encountered very large roots and worked hard with the city crew (who were great) to eventually uncover the valve. The crew kept the area very clean and ensured there was minimal damage to the surrounding landscape. Great job all around. Thank you.

Highly recommend. Mark was tenacious and persevered in unclogging our seriously and almost impossibly clogged drain pipe. He was professional and courteous and his determined, unrelenting efforts finally succeeded, thus saving us many hundreds of dollars and mess and disruption by avoiding the need for extreme measures.
