        Had a great experience with one of the plumbers named Reinhold. He was very abrupt and intense, but he completed the job very fast and efficiently. Apparently, my existing laundry drain was garbage and not up to code, so he ripped it out and replaced it faster than you can say "Scheie in meine hose". At the end of the job he sang me a traditional German folk song and then I signed the bill. Definitely calling back again for any plumbing issues in the future 10/10.

        The plumber solved the problem and worked hard to do it. He was very grumpy, but we all have days that are not our best. Also left a trail of broken and damaged items that now have to be repaired. He came in masked as per COVID requirements then proceeded to take it off and did not put it back on. Unacceptable. I will never use RotoRooter again when there are enough other capable competitors who will respect my family, health and company policies. Service: Drain cleaning
