Intuitive Investment

I visited one of their apartments recently (155 Marquette in Vanier) and it was a great experience. They were very responsive and followed up with me after my viewing and answered all my questions. We didn't end up renting here just because we wanted to be a bit closer to the grocery store since we don't have a car. However, we really liked the apartment and wouldn't hesitate to rent here.

(-20stars if it were possible) PLEASE READ B4 RENTING, These guys took over our building and it has been an incredibly terrible nightmare ever since, id rather not get into detail, but worst landlords we ever dealt with. Please save yourselves the trouble and steer clear of their rentals, youll regret it until your lease is up. We payed our rent tried to be best tenants possible, didnt mean much to them. My poor family has been through h_ll cuz of this company and im sure we won't be the last. Below are fake testimonials, Mac Cunningham actually works for them as one of landlords agents. We deal with him everyday. Just goes to show the way these guys like to do things.
