Sound Property Management is managing my property(Townhome), Mr.Asokan is very helpful and responsive and answered all my queries regarding managing the property, this is my first experience with Asokan and I can say he is very professional and experienced Property Manager, Asokan taken care with tenants moving in and handling very well with maintaining the property i.e., getting fixed any wear and tear and taking care of tenants. Sound property management has very good accounting and reporting systems, the financial transactions are very well maintained. I highly recommend Sound Property Management services for all your property management.

Sound Property Management has been managing my multi-unit property for over 10 years. Over this time they have advertised, conducted interviews and selected appropriate tenants, dealt with tenant issues effectively and ensured maintenance issues were handled in a timely fashion. This is my first experience using a property company to manage my rental condo, and Asokan have been very responsive and helpful at everything I have needed, from getting help cleaning my house , getting fixed all the wear/tear via a handy man to finding tenants. After the tenants moved in, there were some maintenance issues, and they got things fixed quickly. The reporting system for all the accounting needs is also nice. They have been great and have gone out of their way to take care of everything! I would highly recommend Sound Property Management .

Sound Property Management has been managing my rental houses since 2009. I really feel like theyve been the most important part of my real estate investments. They have always dealt with tenant issues quickly and with professionalism. They are very thorough in screening new tenants which gives me peace of mind. My houses have always rented quickly for a good price. Very happy landlord here!
